About The Role
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image. - Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively assist clients and address their needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and ensure their concerns are resolved effectively.

- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
