Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist based in Chennai. The selected individual will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and address concerns promptly. They will assist in providing tailored logistics solutions, maintain effective communication with clients, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. Additionally, maintaining professional conduct and delivering excellent customer experiences will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and handling Customer Experience effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and resolving queries promptly
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle professional communication with clients
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with logistics and freight forwarding operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages and experience in client relationship management are a plus
