Title: Customer Service Sales Executive
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Sales Executive, you will be responsible for answering to user's queries on chat & call, closing sales via chat (users basically enquire about the program, so you have to convince them via chat to enroll), provide support to paid users as well and ensure they have a good experience with HealthTick.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email and phone within seconds.
- Close sales via chat.
- Proactively reach out to users, take their feedback and pass it to the relevant team
- Ensure timely, accurate and empathetic customer support
- Track user complaints, follow up until resolution and escalate when necessary
- Troubleshoot app issues, payment queries or plan-related queries
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer issues at the earliest
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and reduce queries over time.
What we're looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Ability to convince and sell via chat
- Problem-solving mindset - not just answering but resolving
- Empathetic and a people-first approach
- Patience
- Ability to manage multiple chats/calls at once
- We need someone who is self-responsible and self-managed. We don't like micromanaging
- A degree in health health-related field is a bonus but not mandatory
Work Location: Noida
Working days: 6 days a week are working days (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
