Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through voice calls.
• Assist customers with banking and financial service-related queries.
• Explain relevant products and services to customers.
• Handle sales, activation, retention or collection activities as assigned.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned performance standards.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with BPO, Customer Service, Sales, Banking, BFSI, Collections or Insurance experience are preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
