Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire and maintain new client relationships, meeting business targets.
  2. Identify target business areas and pre-screen customer segments.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction through cross-selling and addressing customer needs.
  4. Execute sales promotions and develop relationships with vendors and clients.

Job Requirements:

  1. Graduate degree (Master's/Postgraduate optional).
  2. Strong experience in customer service and sales promotion.
  3. Knowledge of audit and regulatory compliance in financial services.
  4. Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
