Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice and Chat Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling international customers and be comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice and chat support for international clients
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards
• Document interactions clearly and accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice/chat process
• Graduate (any discipline)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required
• Must be currently based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately
• Immediate joiners preferred
