Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in managing billing processes from initiation to completion.
  • Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil to cater to specific regional clients.
  • Fluency in English for all internal and external communications and documentation.
  • Must have customer service skills. (Mandatory skill)

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage billing processes and resolve any billing-related issues.
