Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Thiruvottriyur. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include managing order-related queries, documenting customer interactions, following up on pending requests, and ensuring accurate communication across departments. The role also involves maintaining high customer satisfaction by offering clear, professional support, gathering feedback, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Ability to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction through responsive and solution-focused interactions.
• Experience in managing end-to-end Customer Experience in a service or product-based environment.
• Previous experience as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as needed.
• Good problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and order management systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Thiruvottriyur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
• Educational background in business, commerce, or related fields is an advantage; prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.
