Hiring: International Voice Process – Ahmedabad

We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls and provide effective resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
• Meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience: either 6 months / 1 year atleast.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• International BPO experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
