Role Overview

We are hiring for an International Blended Process (Chat + Voice) to support travel-related queries for American Airlines customers. The role requires excellent communication skills and prior experience in international customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience in:
• International Chat / Voice Process
• Travel Process (preferred)
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Must be an immediate joiner

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to 27,000 (In-Hand)
• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Week Offs
