We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our voice support team in Malad, Mumbai. This role involves assisting customers with providing high-quality service in a professional environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Graduates (Any stream) Freshers are welcome!
- Undergraduates Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process required.
- Availability:
- Immediate Joiners required.
- Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment).
- 5-day working week with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Work Location:Malad, Mumbai.
