Customer Service Representative

We are Hiring | Customer Support Executive - Work from Home

Location - Mohali (WFH)

Shift - Rotational Shift (Including Night Shifts)

Working Days - 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs

Qualification - HSC & Graduate (Freshers + Experience)

Budget- Up to 18k ctc

Please note: Candidate needs to have their own system/laptop handy with them and should follow the system check criteria mentioned below-

• System: Core i5 8th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
• Windows - 10 and above
• Camera: Mandatory
• Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps (Uploading & Downloading)
• Headset: Compatible USB headset with noise cancellation
• Suggested Brand:Big Passport (available online at reasonable prices)
• UPS: Mandatory - Minimum 2 Hrs.
• EDR Installation: Mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries on calls (international customers).

- Deliver accurate information, solve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Escalate issues when required.

- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.

- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics

(Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/International Process/ Customer Service)

Communication - Fluent English Communication skills
