Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across various channels, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints.
Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.
Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language, depending on process).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5-day work week (2 weekly offs).
Preferred Skills:
Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in BPO / customer service / voice process is a plus. Benefits:
