Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Executive – Outbound Sales

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)

Work Week: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)

Compensation: 4,1000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing corporate/commercial clients.
• Present, promote, and pitch financial products and banking solutions effectively.
• Understand client requirements and tailor product offerings to meet business needs.
• Maintain high call quality standards, professional etiquette, and strong client rapport.
• Meet and exceed daily/monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Undergraduate degree completed (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven outbound sales or tele-sales experience.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (B2 Voice Level or higher).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and rapport-building capabilities.
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Cost to Company (CTC): 41,000 / month
• Fixed Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
• Fixed Sunday Off

Interview Process

2. Hallo AI Test (Voice & Language Assessment – Target: B2 level)
3. Operations Round (Process fit & domain evaluation)
4. Client Round (Final client interview – scheduled post 6:00 PM)
