Job Description – (Voice Process)

Position: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Shift: Graveyard / Night Shift 2:30AM - 4:30PM

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Offs: Fixed Sunday Off + 1 Rotational Off

Salary: 3LPA To 3.5LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the Customer Support (Voice) team. The role involves handling retention calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience to improve customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer retention calls professionally.

Understand customer concerns and provide suitable resolutions.

Retain existing customers by offering appropriate solutions and service support.

Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty standards.

Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance and retention targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Prior experience in Voice Process / Customer Service / Retention is preferred.

Comfortable working in graveyard/night shifts.

Strong convincing and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
