Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for our Jaipur location. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves handling customer interactions and providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer queries through calls, emails, or chats
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and document interactions as per process guidelines
- Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and compliance requirements
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Salary: ₹21,000 net (in-hand) per month
Working Details
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shifts: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Weekly Offs: Rotational
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
