Job Overview
We are hiring dynamic and ambitious Premium Sales Executives for a high-volume outbound sales process focused on Term Life Insurance. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and earning lucrative performance-based incentives in the BPO & insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound cold calling to prospective customers for selling Term Life Insurance products
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions
- Explaining policy features, benefits, and plan comparisons clearly
- Handling objections confidently and closing sales effectively
- Building strong customer relationships through empathetic communication
- Achieving daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Adhering to compliance standards and internal processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Understanding of outbound vs inbound calling processes
- Strong knowledge of cold calling techniques
- Knowledge of insurance concepts, types, and bifurcations
- Good understanding of Term Life Insurance products
- Awareness of the BPO sales environment
- Product and market knowledge of insurance, finance, and fintech (features, benefits, use cases, competitor comparisons)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Empathy and active listening abilities
- Negotiation and convincing skills
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: 26,000 per month
- In-hand: Approx. 22,000 per month
- Huge performance-based incentives (uncapped)
- Fixed day shift (no rotational shifts)
- 6 working days with Sunday fixed off
- Shuttle facility available for Delhi candidates only
