Looking for your next career opportunity We're hiring Customer Service Executives for a Loan Servicing / Customer Support role in Bangalore.
Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Split Offs
Cab facility available
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to loans and servicing
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and loan information
- Handle customer outreach and follow-ups
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- Graduate preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer service / Call Center experience preferred
- Mortgage or loan servicing experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work night shifts and from office
