Job Description

Requirement For Senior Customer Representative :

Experience: 0-3 years

Shift: UK Shift ( Afternoon shifts )

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Location: Sector 48

Salary: Up to 4 LPA

Education: Graduation (must be passed)

Schedule: 5 working days, 2 weekly offs

Transport: one ways provided

Process : Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound voice calls and emails from B2B clients regarding HR outsourcing services, payroll, benefits, and employee records.
  2. Provide accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in internal systems.
  4. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Adhere to service metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and FCR.
  6. Stay updated through regular training on process changes and client requirements.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  8. Work effectively in a UK shift environment, managing high call volumes and multitasking across systems.
