JOB DESCRIPTION:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for global customer handling.

Strong Analytical and diagnostic ability to identify root causes and resolve complex issues.

Provide technical support for a full range of technology products, including troubleshooting, guiding users, and answering how-to questions.

Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account

Respond to any disruption of service issues

Handling escalations and managing irate customers effectively.
