Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives for Sky SUV Process a UK based Telecom service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries related to telecom services and packages
• Upsell telecom lines, broadband plans, and additional packages to existing customers
• Retain customers by providing effective resolutions and service support
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
• Meet process targets and quality parameters

UK Shift + Unlimited Incentives

Requirements:

• Min 0-5 years of work experience as an Agent
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable handling customer interactions and sales conversations
• Prior experience in International Voice Process / Telecom Sales is preferred
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
