B. Role Overview

As aCustomer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout their journeyfrom booking to trip completion. This role extends beyond standard customer support, offering opportunities to take ownership of key processes such as booking management, query resolution, and complaint handling.

To execute, manage, and resolve customer issues and queries with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

D. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain aCustomer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 93% or higher.
  • Ensure smooth and hassle-free travel experiences for all customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines to uphold high service standards.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries across calls, chats, and other communication channels.

F. Skills & Requirements

  • Experience:At least 1 year of telephonic customer service experience.
  • Education:Minimum 12th pass or equivalent (English medium preferred).
  • Languages:Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and customer focus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
