Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls efficiently
- Resolve customer queries related to utility services
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet performance and quality benchmarks
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC / Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience
- BPO/Voice process experience is a plus
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts
- Open to customer support
