Job Role
- Handle international customer interactions (voice process)
- Resolve queries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction
- For sales roles: lead generation, upselling, and revenue generation
- Maintain quality standards and meet performance targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers Experienced candidates can apply
- Candidates with International Voice/BPO experience preferred
- Must have excellent English communication skills (spoken written)
- Comfortable working in night shifts/rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge required
Salary Benefits
- Salary up to 12,00,000 per annum
