Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)
Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Chat process. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently while delivering excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Handle customer queries via chat channels professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues ensuring high satisfaction
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
- Follow SOPs and company guidelines
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and CSAT
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes
- Maintain data confidentiality and compliance
- Collaborate with team members effectively
- Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
- Adapt to rotational shifts and work requirements
Requirements:
- WriteX Email – 60, CEFR – B2, Chat Simulation – 58
- Typing Speed: 30 WPM
- Typing Accuracy: 90%
Working Schedule:
- 5 days working per week
- Rotational shifts of 10 hours
- Rotational weekly offs
- No planned leaves for first 3 months
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Candidates pursuing regular courses are not eligible
Salary & Benefits:
- 30,000 Monthly CTC (Fresher) / 31,000 Monthly CTC (1+ year)
- 2 Cab facility for female employees during night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM)
