Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)

Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Chat process. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently while delivering excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent English communication skills required
  2. Handle customer queries via chat channels professionally
  3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  4. Resolve customer issues ensuring high satisfaction
  5. Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
  6. Follow SOPs and company guidelines
  7. Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and CSAT
  8. Escalate complex issues when required
  9. Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes
  10. Maintain data confidentiality and compliance
  11. Collaborate with team members effectively
  12. Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
  13. Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
  14. Adapt to rotational shifts and work requirements

Requirements:

  1. WriteX Email – 60, CEFR – B2, Chat Simulation – 58
  2. Typing Speed: 30 WPM
  3. Typing Accuracy: 90%

Working Schedule:

  1. 5 days working per week
  2. Rotational shifts of 10 hours
  3. Rotational weekly offs
  4. No planned leaves for first 3 months

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Graduate / Undergraduate
  2. Open to freshers and experienced candidates
  3. Minimum age: 18 years
  4. Candidates pursuing regular courses are not eligible

Salary & Benefits:

  1. 30,000 Monthly CTC (Fresher) / 31,000 Monthly CTC (1+ year)
  2. 2 Cab facility for female employees during night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM)
