Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process
Location: Jaipur
Role Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Chat Process, responsible for handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions through written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in customer support/technical support
- Education: Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible
- Skills: Excellent written communication skills (mandatory for chat process)
- Basic understanding of customer handling and troubleshooting
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: Up to ₹26,000 per month
- Working Days: 5 days a week

- Strong attention to detail and typing efficiency preferred
