Role Overview:
Hiring Customer Care Executives for a domestic e-commerce blended process (voice + chat). This is a work-from-home opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls and chat
- Assist with orders, returns, and product-related issues
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for electronics (AirPods, Bluetooth speakers, smartwatches, etc.)
- Ensure quick and effective issue resolution
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electronic devices
- Must have own laptop & stable Wi-Fi connection
- Comfortable with rotational 24/7 shifts
Salary:
- ₹16,000 in-hand | ₹20,000 CTC
