Job Summary:
Fusion3 is looking for a highly presentable, confident and well-spoken Client Servicing Executive who can represent the brand gracefully and manage client interactions with professionalism.
Candidates from air hostess, aviation, hospitality or similar institutes with excellent communication skills are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client communication with clarity, confidence and warmth.
Coordinate with internal teams for event planning & execution.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support in managing on-ground event activities when required.
Maintain documentation, reports and client briefs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Represent Fusion3 professionally during meetings and events.
Be open to learning about events, experiences and industry operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
Highly presentable, well-groomed and confident personality.
Polite, client-friendly behaviour with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the event industry.
Ability to stay calm and composed during high-pressure situations (event days).
Basic MS Office or Google Workspace knowledge.
