About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our contact center team in India Gurgaon and servicing MINA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly within the telecom industry, and possess a deep understanding of the diverse customer base and cultural nuances of the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a contact center or telecom process is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern customer base and its cultural context.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi is required.
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as Filipino, Nepali, Malayalam, or Bengali is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
