Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales Support Executive (Appointment Setter) who can confidently connect with potential clients and help them take the first step toward better health. You'll be responsible for handling leads, understanding client needs, and scheduling consultations with our expert coaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and message inquiries
• 
  
• Qualify leads and communicate our service offerings effectively
• 
  
• Book and manage appointments with the sales and coaching teams
• 
  
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot)
• 
  
• Follow up with warm leads and reschedule missed appointments
• 
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting (freshers can apply)
• 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  
• Proficiency with CRM tools is a plus
• 
  
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• 
  
• Empathetic, organized, and target-driven
