We're Hiring: Mandarin Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservation

Location: Kuala Lumpur (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to RM4,500 (Inclusive of Language Allowance)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel reservations and booking inquiries
• Handle reservation modifications and cancellations
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin
• Hotel industry experience is required (Front Office or Hotel Reservations)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work on rotational shifts

Working Hours

• 5 working days, 2 days off
• 24/7 rotational shifts
