Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (Inbound/B2B preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Customer Service professionals with excellent communication skills to join our team for an International Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Manage B2B interactions as required.
• Ensure first-call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Must Have:

• Minimum 1+ year of International Voice Experience.
• Excellent communication skills (SVAR C1 / CRT score: 72% and above).
• Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts from office.
• Full-time 15 years of education with valid degree certificates and marksheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
