Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Panchkula. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns effectively. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer support channels, maintaining a positive customer experience, resolving issues, and providing seamless and attentive service to every passenger.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
  • Capable to speak in English and Hindi
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience through attentive service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
  • Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
