Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer communication across calls, messages (WhatsApp/chat), and emails. The ideal candidate will be the voice of the brand and ensure customers have a seamless and satisfying experience while shopping online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries
  • Resolve issues via WhatsApp, website chat, and email
  • Provide product details, order updates, and post-sales support
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for order tracking and escalations
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using internal systems
  • Communicate politely and professionally with all customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in ecommerce or fashion retail
  • Good typing and email writing skills
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email platforms, and basic CRM tools
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate
