Job Description

Essential Job Functions – Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound call and email campaigns to existing and prospective customers to drive aftermarket parts and service orders
  • Communicate with customers via phone, fax, and email
  • Create and distribute quotations of parts and service
  • Invoice & process customer orders for parts and service
    • Preparation of E-Invoices on Government Portal
    • Generation of invoices in Tally ERP (locally)
    • Preparation of E-Invoices on Government Portal
    • Invoice generation in Tally ERP
    • Preparation of E-Way Bill for goods
    • Preparation of Delivery Challan
    • Issuance of Store Issue Slip
    • Order packing and arranging courier pickup
  • Track customer calls, complaints, orders, & shipments
  • Follow up on past due customer orders and manage delivery expectations
  • Support Field Service Engineers with service visits, spare parts inventory, and quoting
  • Spare parts inventory management
    • Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) upon receipt of inventory
    • Conducting monthly stock counting
    • Maintaining and updating the DDP File (Dispatch & Documentation Process records)
  • Update and maintain CRM and ERP database
Education – Experience – Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience required
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP required
  • Familiarity with GST compliance, e-invoicing, and e-way billing procedures
  • Must possess a strong customer orientation
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Must possess strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Fluency in the English language required
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM a plus
