About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via web chat, email, and social media platforms, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally. Qualifications

Candidates must be highly adaptable, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work across various shifts, including night shifts, is required. A genuine passion for customer satisfaction, quick learning ability, and a proactive approach are key attributes for success in this role. Candidates should also have a reliable laptop or PC with a minimum 15.6-inch screen and stable internet access.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries across web chat, email, and social media platforms following company procedures.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations team for prompt resolution.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain professionalism and politeness while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Probe and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and satisfactory solutions.
  • Adhere to shift schedules strictly and manage time effectively to meet performance metrics.
  • Follow internal policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team KPIs and objectives.
  • Be adaptable to changing client requirements and work hours, including weekends and public holidays.
