As a Customer Service Agent, you will have the important role of being the voice of our major airline clients, providing our client's valued customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries through voice support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Job Type: Contract to Hire (3 Months contract and it will be converted to a fulltime based on performance)

Shit: Rotating Shifts and Rotating offs(2days)
