Customer Service Representative

In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to:

.Manage orders for assigned territories from order to cash end to end process according to all company polices and guidelines.

.Handle all customer orders related enquiries, requests, escalation and maintain our service level and customer satisfaction.

.Coordinate with cross functional department and external logistic provider to ensure master data, inventory replenishment,goods delivery, stock take are accurately carried out and revenue recognized on timely basis.

.Participate in country projects and assignments from supervisor.

The essential requirements of the job include:

.Diploma or tertiary degree

.2-4-years experience working in a similar environment.

.Knowledge of medical/pathology/scientific terms an advantage

.Understanding of order management/supply chain/logistics preferred

.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM and systems Salesforce as well as MS Office products include Excel and Word

Training Responsibilities: (required)

.Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

.Strong written and verbal communication skillswith internal and external stakeholders.

.Well versed in Excel and other Microsoft office software skills

.Highly efficient, meticulous, accurate and detail oriented. Respond to customer with urgency and accuracy

.Familiar with customer purchase order/ contract major elements review and escalation

.Ability to work autonomously and within a team
