This is a work-from-office job role, and the office is in Raipur.
We are looking for someone who is from Raipur or nearby locations only.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer queries across phone, email, chat, and other support channels
- Resolve issues, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when needed
- Meet daily and weekly communication and quality targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company processes, and policies
- Follow communication guidelines and response time standards consistently
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 12 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-handling skills
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused during challenging situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management software
- Good multitasking and time-management abilities
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers
Good to Have:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
- Familiarity with common support tools and ticketing systems
