We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to join our team in India. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers through online chat, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Ideal candidates should have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Contribute to team performance by achieving individual and team targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
