This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
