Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle an International Voice Process. In this role, you'll solve routine problems by following established guidelines and escalating complex issues when necessary. You'll work within a team, with clear instructions on daily tasks and new assignments, and contribute to the team's overall workload while maintaining a focused scope of work as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve routine customer problems effectively, primarily by following established guidelines and referring to general protocols.
  • Manage daily work tasks with detailed to moderate levels of instruction, ensuring decisions align with impact on your work.
  • Engage in routine interactions primarily within your team and with your direct supervisor.
  • Become well-versed with basic statistics and business terms relevant to daily operations, utilizing this knowledge in discussions with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall team's workload by managing your deliverables efficiently and providing support to the team when required.
  • Operate as an individual contributor within a team structure, focusing on a predetermined scope of work.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with international customers over the phone.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an International Voice Process customer service role.
  • Ability to solve routine problems efficiently and follow established guidelines.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective international customer interaction.
  • Good understanding of basic statistics and business terms.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily tasks effectively.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
