Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer enquires, queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
