Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative-Chat support to join our team in India. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to create positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives by achieving individual performance targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English i.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute positively to team dynamics.
