Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Representative. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, delivering excellent customer experiences, and ensuring satisfaction. The role requires managing customer interactions via calls, chats, or emails while adhering to company guidelines. Representatives are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer support objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Skills to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Proven ability to handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus
  • High school diploma or higher education qualification
