Designation: Customer Service Representative

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Job Summary:

  • Prior experience with customer service/call centers/BPO/KPO in relevant job roles
  • Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office based applications
  • Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports/ad-hoc reports with tight deadlines
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve concern efficiently
  • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals
