Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Ahmedabad. The job involves handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about the company's services. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, documenting interactions, and resolving issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Interpersonal and customer service abilities with a focus on resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or billing industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field preferred but not required.
