We're Hiring! – Customer Service & Pricing Executive

Fretlog is looking for a Customer Service & Pricing Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

If you have experience in freight forwarding and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service alongside competitive pricing solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer service operations by managing inquiries and ensuring timely, high-quality responses
• Prepare competitive sea and air freight quotations for export shipments
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Coordinate with overseas partners, agents, and vendors to obtain optimal pricing
• Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with customer expectations and company standards
• Contribute to pricing strategies and customer retention initiatives in collaboration with the sales team
• Monitor and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in freight forwarding, preferably in export operations and/or pricing
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
