Job Title: Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (ID4823)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm, Alternate Sat 11:30am am to 2:30 pm
Salary : $2500-$2800

Responsibilities
. Front-Line Service Counter & Intake
. Greet customers, assess their product issues, and intake repair items at the service
. Route repair sets to internal technicians or external suppliers/factory service centres.
. Tracking System & Inventory Management
. Maintain, update, and manage a digital repair tracking system (or ERP/Excel sheet) daily.
. Provide regular status updates to customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp messaging.
