Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day responsibilities that contribute to the club's operations, ensuring members have an exceptional experience. Tasks may involve administrative duties, managing schedules, coordinating events, and collaborating with team members. Additionally, the role will require overseeing facility usage, responding to member inquiries, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and member engagement.

• Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage schedules, plan events, and ensure smooth club operations
• Proficiency in customer service and communication skills to address member inquiries and enhance guest satisfaction
• Teamwork, leadership, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and responsiveness under dynamic circumstances
• Proficiency in managing leisure and fitness services, and understanding active lifestyle opportunities
• Experience in club, hospitality, or fitness management industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, sports or fitness-related fields is preferred
